 ts for Young Audiences”  at 3:00 p.m. Sunday\, March 19 at the  Allen Publ
 ic Library.  Tthe orchestra will be presenting a casual\, family-friendly
  program of music inspired by space! Audiences young and old will hear mus
 ic from Star Wars\, Star Trek as well as selections from space-inspired cl
 assical works like Gustav Holst’s “The Planets.” \nThe highlight of the af
 ternoon will be the world premiere of composer David MacDonald’s new work
  for children’s audiences titled “ What. On Earth. Was That?”  about an al
 ien who finds his way to Earth and can only communicate through music! Dav
 id resides in Wichita\, Kansas\, where he teaches music composition\, theo
 ry\, and technology at the Wichita State University.  \nPre-concert activi
 ties for the kids begin at 2:00 p.m. in the Meeting Room. \nCan’t be there
