 om his distinguished military career at 7:30 p.m. Friday\, November 11\, a
 t the Allen Public Library.  This former Collin County judge will be intro
 duced by former VFW 2195 Post Commander Dave Cornette. \nThe Color Guard U
 nit of the Armistice Memorial Post 2195 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of
  the United States of America will open the program with a presentation of
  the colors.  In addition\, the Allen Community Jazz Band will perform a m
 edley of patriotic songs.  During the program\, veterans will be invited t
 o stand when the theme song of their branch of service is played.  \nThe p

 on.  \nKeith Self is a 1975 graduate of the United States Military Academy
  at West Point. Serving as an Army officer for 25 years before retirement\
 , he was later recalled to active duty in 2002 - 2003 for service in Afgha
 nistan and Qatar where he participated in the Central Command on General T
