 . A bison kill site will be featured along with evidence of a potentially
  extensive animal butchery area. \nZack Overfield serves as a cultural res
 ources practice leader for the South-Central Region and is a senior archae
 ologist and principal investigator. With over 13 years of experience in cu
 ltural resource management\, Zack specializes in guiding projects through
  complex environmental compliance processes and regulations\, including th
 e National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)\, Clean Water Act\, and Nationa
 l Historic Preservation Act. \nHe has led major archaeological investigati
 ons for projects across Texas\, Nebraska\, and the Southeast\, balancing e
 nvironmental compliance with the advancement of renewable energy developme
 nt. Passionate about preserving cultural heritage while enabling a clean e
 nergy future\, Zack is committed to the integration of archaeology and sus
 tainable practices. \n  \nWith a master’s in anthropology from the Univers
 ity of Texas at Arlington and a bachelor’s in sociology with an anthropolo
