DESCRIPTION:- Fans of the Drop Top Rockets\, Texas’s most famous Rockabilly
  band\, are treated to the exciting rhythms of the 1950s. The band will be
  performing at a free concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday. August 11\, at the Alle
 n Public Library.  \nKnown for both their unique musical vibe and an abili
 ty to entertain crowds with witty storytelling and banter\, they have perf
 ormed at the Lone Star Roundup in Austin\, Sons of Hermann Hall\, Adair’s\
 , Trees\, Double Wide and more.  Their concerts offer tributes to the like
 s of Johnny Cash\, Elvis Presley\, Jerry Lee Lewis\, Carl Perkins\, Buddy
  Holly and more. \nThe band comprises Scotty Hughes on lead guitar and voc
 als\, Johnny Upton on rhythm guitar and vocals\, Adam Rosneck on drums and
  Shane Kiel on upright bass.  KNON’s Randal Cowhide Cole will make a guest
