Why study ancient civilizations and events?  Lessons garnered from the ancients are as applicable today as they were thousands of years ago.  Cicero, Confucius, Alexander the Great and Marcus Aurelius are among the ancient leaders that witnessed devasting wars, deadly plagues, natural disasters, and social upheavals. Wisdom gained from the experiences of ancient leaders from vastly different cultures will be shared at this event.
