Jeffrey L. Meek will discuss his book “The Manipulation of Lee Harvey Oswald and the Cover-Up That Followed” at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 21, at the Allen Public Library.  Describing the book as being replete with official documentation and information from CIA records, he notes that while researching the case, he discovered a CIA document with his name mentioned nine times in it.

Readers will learn his views on how and when Lee Harvey Oswald was approached by an intelligence agency, the purpose of his trip to Russia, his activities while in Russia, Oswald’s destination after the JFK shooting, and more. The book contains exclusive interviews based upon his conversations with government investigators and other people central to “the murder of the century.”
