Join us for a full day of team building, connecting and a little smack talking!  Think of this as an Adult Field Day with challenges like:

Med Ball Relay:

Run to reset each med ball to the finish line.

Penguin Race:

Wobble your way to the finish line with a resistance band around the ankles.

Spoon Ball Race:

Keep the spoon and ball balanced as you speed walk or sprint your way to victory.

Tug-of War:

Pull your team to victory with this test of strength and teamwork.

Athlete Obstacle Course:

Speed and Agility is the name of the game as you work your way through agility ladders and hurdles.

Dodge Ball:

Duck, Dip, and Dodge your way to victory.

And you won't want to miss lunch provide by Hawaiian Bros Island Grill!
