This Sunday, celebrate fashion as you help out the homeless of Collin County. The Samaritan Inn is dressing up for "High Tea & High Fashion" on Sunday, Feb. 19, with the Have a Heart Fashion Show serving as a fundraising event with all proceeds benefiting the organization.
Local celebrities will model fashions from The Samaritan Inn's thrift store, and guests will have the opportunity to enter raffles for a chance to win trips, makeovers and spa treatments.
The event will take place from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Ballroom at Rick's Chophouse in McKinney. Samplings from Rick's Chophouse will be provided with a variety of imported teas and coffees.
Advance tickets to the show are $50 and can be reserved by emailing wfitts@thesamaritaninn.org or calling 972-632-1290 ext. 232. Tickets can also be purchased at the door for $75.
The Samaritan Inn serves as the only homeless program in Collin County, offering residents a no cost, secure and clean place to live.
