This Tuesday, June 12, the Allen Public Library will continue its "Of Mice and Muppets" Summer Film Series, presenting 1986's "The Great Mouse Detective."

"The Great Mouse Detective," rated G, follows Basil, the Sherlock Holmes of the rodent world, as he investigates a kidnapping that leads him to his archenemy, Professor Ratigan.

The movie will begin at 7 p.m. in the auditorium.  Sponsored by the Adult Services Department, the event is free and open to the public.
