CLC provides the following services to North Collin County residents:

(1) information and referral to social service agencies in Collin County; (2) emergency financial assistance for housing, utilities, and medical expenses; (3) Lifeline Market, a client-choice food pantry which also provides household cleaning supplies and personal hygiene items; and (4) LifeSteps, free education classes to help individuals with the training and support to overcome obstacles to employment and self-sufficiency.
