Join Chefs Katie and George Brown as they showcase their culinary creativity with locally grown products Thursday, October 17 at the inaugural Dinner in the Field at their home in Lucas, Texas. The dinner will include a tour of the farm, live music by Brad Good, reception with canapés and a four-course dinner. Dinners are BYOB and seating will be limited.
Dinner in the Field is a concept offered by Experimental Table, a new farm-to-fork catering venture founded by Chefs Katie and George Brown that focuses on meat and produce grown and raised by local farmers, not corporations. The company capitalizes on farm-picked, seasonal ingredients. Each Dinner in the Field menu will be unique to the host farm and will showcase seasonal produce, meats and seafood.
