We all have that one sibling in our family that refuses to eat certain foods. Getting kids to eat healthy food is necessary for their diet, but it's also a daily struggle for all mom's with both big and small picky eaters.

The Allen Public Library will host Mom's Night Out: Peaceful Family Dinners this Thursday, October 25, at 7:00 p.m. Dad's and other caregivers are welcome at this Mom's Night Out event as well!

Attend the free workshop to learn about how to introduce new (healthy) food to your children without a struggle, tips on getting children as young as 18 months old to help out in the kitchen, and about how to use dinner time as a way to slow down and connect with each member in your family.

You'll also receive plenty of kid-friendly recipes, different types of dinner games you can use with your own family and other giveaways such as a chance to win a gift card to Whole Foods Market!

Register online to attend the event here. For more information about the event, you can also click here

The Allen Public Library is located at 300 North Allen Drive in Allen, TX.
