Due to a high intake of animals over the past weekend, Collin County Animal Shelter is full.  If pet adoption has been on your mind, consider adopting from Collin County Animal Services in McKinney, because the organization is hosting an Adoption Special featuring discounted adoptions through Friday, Sept. 28.

All dogs and cats will have an adoption fee of only $25.  The fee includes the cost to spay or neuter, vaccinations and a microchip.

Shelter hours are 9 a.m. through 6 p.m. on weekdays.
