VFW Post 2195 Allen TX is pleased to announce the expansion of “Operation Counterbalance” to include ALL Allen veterans and their spouse. Operation Counterbalance is a weight loss stamina improvement program. The City of Allen Parks and Recreation has established a special rate ($25 for the first 16 months then $25/year) for persons enrolled in the program which provides access to the Joe Farmers Recreation facility. The program enjoys the volunteer services of a certified nutritionist and a certified trainer. Tony Hill, former Dallas Cowboy player, is a program supporter and you can have your picture taken with him if you enter the program.
