- Tuesday, Nov. 15: Baby and Me Storytime (for pre-walking-aged children with an adult)- 10:15 a.m.
- Fun Ones Storytime- 6:30 p.m.
- Family Storytime (for 2-6 year olds and family)- 11:15 a.m.
- Gridiron Grit presents "Remember the Titans" (Civic Auditorium)- 7 p.m.

- Readable History Book Club: "1812: The War That Forged a Nation"- 7 p.m.
- War of 1812 Presentation (by Peter H. Rowley, President of the Society of the War of 1812 in Texas)- 7 p.m.
- Family Storytime- 7 p.m.
Saturday, Nov. 19:
- Teen Mystery Play (36 China Town in the Civic Auditorium)- 2 p.m.
