Omega TeleServe, an independent telecom consulting firm based in Frisco, has appointed Allen resident Mike Miller as Sales Director to spearhead the growth of the company’s voice, data and Internet business in Texas.

Miller brings more than 20 years of senior level telecommunications sales and marketing experience to his new position and joins Omega from XO Communications, where he was National Account Manager.

“Omega has been searching for a senior level, proven sales executive to not only help us grow our Texas business base but also spearhead our efforts to attract, recruit and train new members of the sales team,” said Omega CEO Todd Williams.

“Mike understands how the telecommunications industry has evolved to include cloud, hosted and managed services and has experience in helping clients sort through the complex offerings in the market today to find the best, most efficient and economical solutions for their business issues,” Williams added.

In addition to XO Communications, Miller has served as Director of Sales for Zone Telecom, Area Sales Manager for Charter Communications, Senior Manager of Sales and Channel Development for Avaya and Director of Sales and Business Development at Nortel.

Miller is a resident of Allen where lives with his wife, Susan, and three children
