If you’re feeling a little cooped up after Thanksgiving on Thursday, you’ll have an opportunity to get out of the house Friday.  Though most City of Allen offices and facilities are celebrating the Thanksgiving holiday until Monday, a few will be open on Friday, Nov. 25. 

The Allen Community Ice Rink will be open from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., the Allen Event Center Box Office will open at 10 a.m. and the Edge Skate Park opens Friday at 8 a.m. 

Don’t forget about Disney On Ice presents Mickey & Minnie’s Magical Journey, scheduled to run at the Allen Event Center throughout Thanksgiving weekend.
