The St. Jude Career Alliance Ministry announced today that, beginning with its Wednesday morning meeting on April 15, 9:00-11:30 AM, and continuing through Wednesday, May 13, it will offer its job search workshop titled Be Mission Critical: Own Your Dream Career via Zoom-based meetings. This decision was made in accordance with the government-mandated social distancing requirements to stop the spread of the coronavirus pandemic. This five-week program is designed to help participants crack the hidden job market via a pro-active, start-to-finish job search methodology. “The St. Jude Career Alliance Ministry was originally founded in 2009 to offer job search assistance to the many local people who had lost their jobs during the Great Recession,” said Greg Mechler, Ministry Coordinator. “The coronavirus pandemic is now having a far more devastating impact on the worldwide economy. Therefore, we are offering our job search workshop via Zoom-based meetings to help to as many local people as possible with their job search needs. Participation in this Zoom-based workshop is free of charge. It is also open to all people of any faith, ethnicity, age, etc. Everyone is welcome.”
The St. Jude Career Alliance Ministry will present the Be Mission Critical: Own Your Dream Career workshop 9:00 AM to noon each Wednesday via Zoom for five consecutive weeks beginning on April 15. The specific marketing-based methodology topics to be addressed each week are:
