KelticDead Music: Storms are on the Ocean

The Carter Family first recorded this Old Timey-Rural ballad in 1927. It was one of many Americana tunes out of the 1800s about those folk who went to sea to fight in the battles against the British in the wars of 1812. Our mission with the KelticDead Music projects is to find and play Folk, Celtic, Americana, Country, and Seafaring tunes and songs with acoustic instruments.
