Pilates for Life is a small, therapeutic, Pilates studio in Allen Texas. We have been providing private and group classes for beginners and advanced , students alike, for almost 15 years. Our diverse group of instructors have over 20 years of training and will guide you to get back in shape, overcome an injury or increase core strength, flexibility, and agility no matter your age or condition. We are also the first Pilates studio in Texas to offer Konnector Straps.
