Allen Contemporary Theatre is proud to present their production of "It's Only A Play", opening July 1st and running through 17th.

"It's Only A Play" is directed by Janette Oswald, with stage manager Sara Parisa and producer Gena Graham. The production features the following DFW actors:

Peter Austin - Eddy Herring

Julia Budder - Kelly Moore Clarkson

Ira Drew - Joe Barr

Frank Finger - Jake Shanahan

Virginia Noyes - Leigh Wyatt Moore

James Wicker - Robert Krecklow

Gus P. Head - Brendan Tetter

A Broadway opening night party in the producer’s stylish home brings together a delicious cacophony of characters - playwrights, producers, actors and wannabes - proving the old adage “there’s no people like show people” with an armload of wit, warmth and winter coats.  It’s Only A Play is a laugh-out-loud comedy love letter to the resilience of live theatre, and an homage to the people that -- even when things seem impossible - always believe that the marquee will be lit again, and the show must go on.

"It's Only A Play" is Rated R for adult language, drug and alcohol use, and sexual references.
