The Allen City Council will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, July 24 at 7 p.m in the council chambers of Allen City Hall.

Agenda items for Tuesday's meeting include:

• Presentation of a Check by Commissioner Joe Jaynes and Commissioner Cheryl Williams to Mayor Terrell in the Amount of $1,200,000 for the  2007 Collin County Transportation Bond Schedule for Ridgeview Drive.

• Receive the Proposed 2012-2013 City Budget and the Proposed 2-13-2017 Capital Improvement Program.

• Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Contract with BW2 Engineers, Inc. to Design the Cottonwood Creek Hike/Bike Trail

• Authorize the City Manager to Submit a Bid for the National Collegiate Wrestling Championships and Convention and to Execute a Contract if Awarded the Bid.

• Conduct a Public Hearing and Adopt an Ordinance for a Specific Use Permit for a Fitness and Health Center Located at 300 N. Greenville Ave. [Title Boxing Club]

• Conduct a Public Hearing and Adopt an Ordinance to Adopt a Concept Plan for 30.301± Acres, in Planned Development No. 108, District H, Located North of Exchange Parkway and East of Bossy Boots Drive. [Twin Creeks]

• Set August 14, 2012, as the First Public Hearing Date and August 28, 2012, as the Second Public Hearing Date Regarding the Fiscal Year 2012-2013 City Tax Rate.

• Set August 14, 2012, as the First Public Hearing Date and August 28, 2012, as the Second Public Hearing Date Regarding the Fiscal Year 2012-2013 City Budget.
