Watch sports for a good cause this weekend, because the Allen Americans hockey team are hosting McDonald's Friends & Family Night on Saturday, March 10 at the Allen Event Center.  Doors open at 6 p.m. and the game begins at 7:05 p.m.

Activities will include inflatables, prize drawings, demos by the Sci-Tech Discovery Center, a magic show by Zoe the Clown, and the opportunity to win free McDonald's food for a year in the "chuck a puck" contest.

Discounted tickets can be purchased online or by phone and allow access to pre-game activities and admission to the Allen Americans game as they take on the Missouri Mavericks.  A portion of the proceeds will benefit local Ronald McDonald House Charities.
