Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm, the popular 750,000-square-foot mixed-use destination in Allen is expanding with its much-anticipated new phase, the Lofts at Watters Creek, which will expand multi-family housing options. The expansion will be led by the partnership Trademark Property Co., the Fort Worth-based retail and mixed-use development, investment and services firm, and Pacific Coast Capital Partners, Coventry Real Estate Advisors, and Southern Land Company.

"The demand is high in this area and the unique resort-style lifestyle that Watters Creek offers its residents is a desirable mix of work, play, shopping and dining,” stated Terry Montesi, CEO of Trademark Property Company.

Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm broke ground in August on the expansion, which, when completed, will total 97,747 sq. ft.  The new building will encompass 109 residential units ranging from 650 sq. ft. to 1740 sq. ft., in 14 different layout configurations from one to three bedrooms.

The Lofts at Watters Creek will offer a variety of options for those seeking a luxury lifestyle in the heart of Collin County. The Lofts finishes will have a high-end, contemporary tone, with materials such as stucco, metal and wood giving these new residences a distant and desirable feel.

Watters Creek is the first mixed –use property in the state of Texas to achieve a LEED certification in retail as well as residences.  The existing and new office and mid-rise apartment spaces are designed, built and managed with “green” techniques at Watters Creek, and are incorporated into a master-planned community of walkable spaces, lush landscaping, public art, upscale shopping and top-notch dining.

Located at the south end of Watters Creek at the intersection of Highway 75 and Bethany Road in Allen, the new Lofts at Watters Creek will feature amenities such as a movement/exercise room, pool, and café.  The expansion will be leased and managed by Southern Land Company.

The Lofts at Watters Creek are expected to open late 2015.
