Enjoy the rhythms and sounds of Choctaw and Chickasaw dancing at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, at the Allen Christian Church, 252 E. St. Mary Dr., at Allen Heritage Village. Michael and Rebecca Roberts, dancers for the evening, are members of the Choctaw and Chickasaw Nations of Oklahoma.

Traveling throughout the US and abroad, the couple share stories through song and dance. They recently returned from Namibia, Africa, to assist in the soft opening of the US Embassy and to UAE for Cultural Festivals, with Native Pride Productions.

Michael is a multi-time world champion dancer in the Men’s Southern Fancy Category and world champion singer with numerous well-known drum groups. He participated in the 2024 Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter Fashion Show as a Dancer and Singer in the Special Performance. From the Taos tribe in New Mexico, Rebecca dances in the Jingle Dress Category.
